AHL/WHL Hockey Rings Purchased for $1,600 from the Family of Legendary Player/Coach Joe Crozier
|When the son of former Buffalo Sabres head coach Joe Crozier wanted to sell some of his father’s hockey memorabilia, including his championship hockey rings, he contacted several dealers across Canada. When the dust settled, he didn’t have to look far, as the eventual buyer of his three (3) Championship hockey rings and other ephemera ended up being me, someone in his own backyard!
Joe Crozier had a long, storied career in hockey both as a player and a coach including stints with the Quebec Aces, (alongside Jean Beliveau), the Rochester Americans, (one of the most iconic American Hockey League franchises), and the Vancouver Canucks. Crozier coached the 1968-69 Canucks squad to the Lester Patrick Cup Championship, a team which included the legendary Don Cherry. A ring from each of these teams highlights the items I purchased from the family.
If you are the relative of a former player who wishes to sell their rings, game worn jerseys, sticks, helmets, gloves (maybe even their jock straps), please contact me.
I can be reached by phone 604-726-1774 or e-mail info@aasportscards.com
I hope you enjoy the video we made covering our meeting, and the purchase price of $1,600.00 I paid for the items.
