I’m located in Vancouver, BC, but I’m always interested in buying vintage sports cards from across Canada. One of main reasons I built this website was to show people that no matter where you live in Canada, we can still do a deal! In this video, a gentleman from Western Canada was ready to part with his stuff. He contemplated selling it on eBay, but with a full time job, quickly determined the time/effort required, was way more than he thought. As he said to me, “my evenings and days off are for fun, not more work”! So he called me! After a good, open and honest dialogue about his collection and what he could expect if he sent it to me, he packaged the stuff up and a few days later, a Canada Post driver delivered the box to my office. It was signed for upon receipt so he could see the material was delivered safely! Less than 48 hours later, I was at my bank, readying a certified bank draft to send to him! PROVINCE TO PROVINCE, FROM START TO FINISH, THIS ENTIRE DEAL TOOK LESS THAN 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE! The seller must have been happy and felt he was treated fairly as he sent a very nice testimonial about his experience dealing with me.
It was time to sell my sports cards! I found aasportscards online and contacted Mike. He was prompt on calling me and discussing my collection. After we talked about my cards and the market, I trusted Mike and decided to send my collection to him in the mail. When my collection arrived at his office, Mike immediately let me know and started to look through my cards. Mike e-mailed frequently about my cards and when he was done going over all of my stuff, we settled on a price. This was a very positive way of selling my cards. Thank you Mike.
