Want To Maximize The Value Of Your Best Sports Cards – We Can Do That For You!
|Several months ago, this gentleman in Ontario discovered a 1951-52 Parkhurst Gordie Howe rookie card in an old book! He knew little about vintage sports cards and wondered if his discovery was a legitimate card or a reprint of some kind. After doing some research, he contacted me in Vancouver. He gave me a call and told me the story of his find. He followed that up with an e-mail showing me the card. Photos are great for identifying the year they were issued or what company put them out, but not always for authentication. I told him the only true way to know if the card was real would be to send it to PSA to get professionally graded. Not being in the industry he was unsure of exactly how to do this himself. We came up with a plan! He would send the card to our office. If we felt the card was real, we would send it to PSA on his behalf. We would take care of the paperwork and other logistics in getting the card to PSA’s headquarters in California. When the card was returned, it would come back to us and we would sell it on consignment via our eBay auctions. As his glowing review attests, everything went smoothly and he was very happy with the process and the outcome of the sale! If you have a 1951-52 Parkhurst Gordie Howe rookie card or other cards of similar stature, and you want to get them graded but don’t know how, we can assist you in this process and in turn, help you get the maximum value for your vintage or high end modern sports cards. Please give me a call at 604-726-1774 or email info@aasportscards.com.
After the deal was completed, the owner of this card left the following 5 star review for us on google.
